Barbara has worked in the industry for over 20 years starting at HNZ in Wellington and then securing a position in Auckland with a well-known real estate sales company, where Barbara worked for over 15 years. She has gained the National Certificate in Real Estate.
As a Property Manager Barbara gained many accolades within the company, being Top Property Manager and in their Top Ten for several years, she also won the in augural NZ Property Manager of the year for the Real Estate Institute 2004.

About Us
Barbara brings a no nonsense attitude with a clear understanding of landlords and tenants obligations, she instigated a "Zero Tolerance" for rent arrears that has clear guidelines for tenants about paying rent. This no nonsense approach helps with "sticky" situations.
Barbara certainly has a proven track record in and around the greater Auckland area having managed properties from Huntly to Helensville and finds that the key to success is forming relationships and ensuring that information is shared and passed on.
Colleen also has a track record with being in the industry for 10+ years starting with Barbara and working successfully together managing 400+ properties.
On moving over to the Takapuna office as a Property Manager, Colleen moved this office from 21 ranking to the top ten and 3rd overall best performance out of the 60 offices in her first 12 months.
Colleen also has the National Certificate in Real Estate.
With Colleen's proven record in the sales industry she has a good understanding of housing the right tenants in properties, a clear understanding of landlords and tenants obligations and a very good understanding of rental prices throughout the Auckland Regions.
